他拥有十多年咨询经验,专注于变革管理与组织发展。协助过近七十家企业推动变革,涵盖各样发展阶段:从扩张、并购、再造,到裁员等。近几年他感受到愈来愈多企业遇到的瓶颈不在技术,而在人性。他进而加强变革管理在项目中的角色,融合咨询、培训与沟通,提升企业自身推动变革的能力                                                                                              
作为组织设计与变革管理的专家,他成立了弈趣,将变革管理以更有效的方式带给中国企业。他也多次在《彭博商業周刊》、《哈佛商业评论》、中欧商学院、《培训》杂志、智享会、HRoot、A.T.
